Solution:

Reconnect the Power BI OAuth 2.0 API credentials. Make sure a popup appears where it's asking for consent. If that doesn't work, sign out of Microsoft online accounts and back in.

If that doesn't work, duplicate the workflow and try with the new one. Archive and then delete the old corrupted one.
