Use different templates for different Work Item Types, e.g.:

• Website Content is the content users can read on the website and copy
• Digital Download is what users experience on the website, but is the code used that they have to download before able to use it for themselves
• Best Practices are used to build the website and run Weekandoo, now embedded into its operations

The naming is poor because on multiple levels and with cross-sections, but just as an idea.

A template should also fill in default values, using Flow, triggered when new product is created.
