Terms used must be consistent across Weekandoo and drive simplicity.

• Rename Funnel to Start for consistency and simplicity.
• Rename backlog item to Work Item as work items are not only stored in a backlog.
• Rename Kanban to Flow State as a Work Item flows from one state to the next.
• Rename Agile/Development Team to Contribution Network of which "team" can be a configuration, and that's what its members do: Contribute to the success of the organisation, by contributing to the success of the network, by contributing to one's own success, i.e. completing the work as expected or proactively communicate when impossible and ask for help, learning and growing oneself.

Terms must be properly capitalised, e.g. Work Item.
