What is it that Weekandoo offers? Without being able to clearly explain that, users will leave. Weekandoo is a bit difficult to position as it shows users the internal process of how this site is made. Not necessarily the technology, although that is also shared, but a live example of product management, but the product is also the explanation of the best practices used and making available the artefacts produced. That's the product, i.e.""Seeing how this is made"", but it's a bit hard to sell anyone ""this"", i.e. to build a site and then the how to becomes the product, i.e. examples others can see live in action and then reuse. The customer is the one who buys services and books coaching. The user is the one who actively interacts with the content; at first to apply to their organisation for free, which at some point may trigger a customer purchase or exposure, i.e. people start to talk about Weekandoo.
