Work items have certain fields that must be filled in per flow state. It should not move to another state if administration is lagging. Create reports to show the gaps and inconsistencies. Also, let's have AI keep the work items up to date, either by highlighting in daily report, asking closed questions, like: "Shall I move parent work item to done as X was the last work item to be completed?" Y/N.

There are also fields Shopify likes to have filled in.

There should be two types of workflows:

1. Initial load that checks all products and runs ad hoc.
2. Delta load that only checks products that have been added new or are updated in the last e.g. 24 hours and are scheduled.
